KABUL, July 23 (Xinhua) -- Afghan forces during a well-coordinated operation against militants in the eastern Kapisa province have killed two senior Taliban commanders including Nasim Mashfiq the shadow governor for the restive province on Monday, deputy to provincial police chief Mohammad Hakim Azimi said.
